Hello -
Received a call today from a customer using RS5.09 and the complaint was that his AutoCAD 2008 installation/Config utility is invoked each time he uses a file open command such as any import or any function that requires the file dialog -
It is more of a nuisance than anything - they just cancel the install and browse for the file they want to open.
Any ideas what could be causing this? - It only happens when using Robot Studio.
Any Ideas or what to look for would be greatly appreciated.
