Hallo , we are using bulls-eye to check TCP of both robots we have in a xyz gantry from time to time.
It works fine for years.
Caused by a power supply failure, one robot lost its calibration and the customer did a fine calibration for the robot instead of “udate” resolver.
We corrected the issue by RSO and wrote back the old calibration offsets and calibration is ok again.
Nevertheless, that robot is not doing the bulls-eye routine anymore.
We tried BESetup and also restored old data from the BE-Module.
The error-numbers from BE-software are not a help in that case.
Hallo, the robot is searching the beam and then announcing to start an inital measurement of the tool. After 10 seconds or so the routine is cancelled with “this tool cannot be measured”. There is no specific error code in the protocol, just a message on the FP:
-wrong robot calibration or
-wrong tool dimensions
-failure in measurement equipment
-loose tool
Tool dimensions are unchanged, the bulls-eye is working and the tool is not loose.
I think I will do a test with a new tool like a tool0.
