Usually integrators are putting the cameras in a wash down protected camera box. Then the camera eqipment can stay the same.

The digital one is a high resolution camera (1280x1024), and max 3 cameras can be connected to each framegrabber.
If you get the Analog, you have to buy the cameras from a supplier. Those may be high resolution. The analog framegrabber can handle 4 cameras.
Please note that the digital framegrabbers are discontinued and are replaced by Gigabit Ethernet camera systems, which also comes with a high resolution camera (1390x1080).
The high resolution is usually reason enough to buy the digital solution.
