Collision Avoidance Error

Hello everyone,

I have a station with an IRB 5500, a paint robot, and an elevated rail for it and I’m trying to configure de Collision Avoidance option but it seems that it doesn’t work with paint robots. I have proved with other paint robots without the track and it hasn’t worked, so I have proved with other non-paint robots and it has worked correctly.

Does anyone know why this option doen’st work with paint robots?

Unfortunately, paint robots are not supported by the collision avoidance.

Having the same problem with IRB 14000 (YuMi), does it mean that it is not supported for collision avoidance function as well?

This is a bug in RobotStudio; the collision avoidance commands should not have been enabled for paint robots.
It should work with Yumi though.
