Is there a way that I can disable the controllers from automatically starting when I open a station? I have a station with 10 controllers and it takes a long time for all of them to start up and then my PC runs very slow once they are started.

Unfortunately, you don’t have that option in RS today. All controllers will start automatically when opening a station. What you can do is to click “Cancel” for each controller, this will speed up the process a bit.
