In previous version, was present in the Release Notes files, some informations about the firmware release necessary for a tracking board. E.g. for PKM 2.30 was necessary a firmware at least of revisions 1.5-

why ,for the new PickMaster, this information is not present ?

Hello Davide,

The information regarding what encoder firmware that is required will be available in the release notes of future versions of PickMaster.

The requirement for PickMaster 3.1 is:

- S4C+: Firmware 1.5 or newer.
- IRC5: Firmware 1.6 or newer.

The following table translates between different encoder boards and the firmware as delivered from ABB Robotics.

- DSQC 377A QUEUE TRACKER, 3HNE 01586-1/02 (and lower) SW v1.0
- DSQC 377A QUEUE TRACKER, 3HNE 01586-1/03 SW v1.1
- DSQC 377A QUEUE TRACKER, 3HNE 01586-1/04 SW v1.2
- DSQC 377A QUEUE TRACKER, 3HNE 01586-1/05 SW v1.3
- DSQC 377A QUEUE TRACKER, 3HNE 01586-1/06 SW v1.4
- DSQC 377A QUEUE TRACKER, 3HNE 01586-1/07 SW v1.5
- DSQC 377A QUEUE TRACKER, 3HNE 01586-1/08 SW v1.6
- DSQC 377A QUEUE TRACKER, 3HNE 01586-1/09 SW v1.7
- DSQC 377A QUEUE TRACKER, 3HNE 01586-1/10 SW v1.8
- DSQC 377A QUEUE TRACKER, 3HNE 01586-1/11 SW v1.9

Please find version 1.9 and instructions for upgrading attached.
