Error 40041, s4c+

There are 2 tool0 created and it’s name is getting conflicted. Both are in read mode. I want to change it. How can I do that?

Is there a second instance of the BASE module installed? View tooldata and delete the extra one. Make sure that the values of the one that you keep are correct. It should be [0,0,0],[1,0,0,0]

I’m not able to delete it from tooldata. It’s saying read-only module

View modules, if you see a duplicate, delete one.
