In a PickMaster project using one Irb 360 (RobotWare 5.15.9 and PickMaster 3.44). When fences are open the PickMaster is not stopped, and the robot went into Paused State.
When operator try to restart It’s not able except to stop and restart the project.
In the pickMaster Log appear the Error 8294 Failed to start Rapid Program (T-ROB1) Unknown Rob error: 0xC0049009.
The error “Error8318[Robot1] Failed to load Rapid program (T_ROB1). Unknown Rob error: 0xC004A000” means that it’s a general file handling error when transferring the rapid code to it. That can be caused by everything from bad network, full flash memory or robot Controller Main computer
Suggestions… - Try resetting the main computer CMOS battery(Remove for a period and reinsert). - Try to I-start or even C-start your controller, and maybe even make sure you got some extra space on the flash. Then re-install your system and load your backup. \Ranjith

Sorry…My mistake on Error code selection. However, I strongly feel that there is an issue with the flash memory.
Could you attach the system diagnostic file at time of error.It may provide us with some vital information.
