Error at system create

I have loaded Robot Studio 5.14.02 and Robot Ware 5.14.02 and when I attempt to create a “new station with robot controller” I get the error shown. Can some please let me know what I should do. Thanks.

It is impossible to see on the picture what’s wrong.
Please contact your local ABB office for support with this problem.
