Error Code " 4317, 4318" [PickMaster 3]

I’m so confused of below warning code.

When I execute the PickMaster while the conveyor is running, No any warnings show in
the log windows.

But, after the conveyor runs and when I execute the PickMaster, warning code “4317,
4318” show in the log windows just one time. Is that reasonable?

Hi,

This sounds like a typical wiring issue. Check all the cables.
Also check if you have a SyncSeparation filter in you conveyor I/O parameters (Fieldbus command). It should be 0.0 for camera conveyors.
