Failed to Generate New Operation Set [PickMaster 5]

I am getting a “Failed to Generate New Operation Set” (See image) when using the PLC to give the signal. When I ‘Simulate’ this signal, everything works fine. I can view the signal changing from the PLC, but I cant seem to make it work. Is this a timing or sequence problem?

Hi John,

Are you setting the Format I/O GI to 5 as requested?
Can you verify it in Robot Studio or on the FlexPendant I/O viewer?

Thanks! Talked with Denis today and he walked me through it. It seams that we had a problem with the Master Work area signal. We were signaling the GI to 5 as requested, but since there was a simulated trigger, the change was not happening in time. We have corrected the trigger and all seems to be working now.
