flexpendant calibration

hi all,

I have a problem with the calibration of my robi, when i start the system and calibrate the system with the flexpendant, the flexpendant shwos me, that the 4,5 and 6 axis not 0 degree.
How can i solve this problem?

If you are only updating the revolution counters the axis will not be zero, that is not an error.

how can i update the axis to zero, because the calibration ist not right ?

You need special calibration equipment to do a fine calibration on a robot. You should contact ABB or your robot integrator. How do you know the calibration isn’t right?

How much degree are you seeing on 4-5-6 axis when start robot?
