# How to get color image  \[PickMaster 3\]

Hello

I try to make an interface as an external sensor.  
I have two questions.

#1  
I use command “GetNewImage”, but called image isn’t color image.  
Please tell me how to call color image.

#2  
If there are several items, please tell me how to get item name or item type?
