A? A? A? A? In my application now we are facing lighting problem, the problem is A?reflection of the bottle is captured by camera and sometimes make model is not recognized by camera. do you have any idea to solve this problem?A?

Hi Sumin,
It’s difficult without seeing a picture of the problem. Does the vision system not find the bottle at all, or is the hit discarded?
Reflections often affect the clutter value. Maybe you can increase this limit. However, this will not help if the system doesn’t even detect the product.
If it is possible you should try to get to the root of the problem and adjust the light. Diffuse light decreases the risk reflections.

Vision system could find the bottle, but reflection sometimes make bottle can’t be recognized. now we are using lamp from beside, and with this system reflection and shadow often happened. we have made experience changing lamp with reflector included to above, with this method shadow could be reduced but reflection is happened. the attached picture is our lighting system.

Could you send a bitmap or .pmv file of the scene as seen by the PickMaster camera when the system fails to locate the part?
