We are having a problem with a palletizer where after placing a row, the robot will leave that work area to go to another work area and colide with a full pallet that has been discharged to a farther out pallet.
After the row is placed, axis 6 begins to rotate and the tool extends past the edge of the pallet it is working on. When this happens the tool will hit the previous palletized pallet load and knock product off.
Is there anyway to have axis 6 not rotate? If not, should I set up a World Zone?
