Hello everyone,
We’ve recently seen a few cases of users using AI generated output as their own responses providing help to other users.
If you do that, please state clearly in the post that your response was generated with AI and that it can contain mistakes and be misleading. Also add what model was used to generate the response (Opus 4.6, Gemini 3.1 Pro, etc.).
If you do not adhere to this requirement the moderators of these forums might remove your post without warning.
For everyone - if you find posts that you feel are generated with AI but it’s not clearly stated that they are - please flag them to the mod team for review.
Why this stance? We understand the additional value tools such as LLMs can bring to the table. However, we believe that it is important to keep the knowledge exchange on a “human to human” level on these forums. It is also a matter of keeping information integrity as high as possible. This is especially important in a robotics context where wrong values or unsafe configurations can cause real problems.
So instead of outright banning the tools, let’s see if we can’t find a way forward in unison.
Thank you!
