Over temperature of DRV1 err?

Dear all,
During robotics welding with IRB4400 and IRC5, I facing with a trouble of an error “Over temperature of DRV1”. How to resovle it. Does the motor oil needs to be changed or added for that. Please help me.

pl check the that all Fan is working , if yes than replace the drive card , if it is continoue with power on , check the ptc of motor
