Customer is reporting failure of PM5.11 to xfer under ID 4323 alarm to controller.
New installation
Customer has established function is present on RSO and RS connections and FTP operation to controller on service port.
Has RW5.11 product changed to establish a required use of LAN interface?
Customer is quite sure all prior systems were established on service port.
We cannot find anything to suggest there is issue with this style of communication.
Check your UAS settings on the controller from RS. Make sure that the
default user has full read and write access to the disk. Reboot controller
to apply any made updates in the settings.
Problem was resolved. The controller in the line was not synced with the actual controller. Tags “System Name, Address, Version” all showed N/A. When pushing “Change”, there were no online controllers shown. To fix this, I added a new controller to the line, maped this controller to the online controller. Then I could map the old controller to the online controller, and delete the second controller that was added to the line.
