pick master with six axes robot [PickMaster 3]

A? A? Now our project plan using pickmaster for application not for pick n place. Especially robot we want to use is six axes robot (irb 2400 n irb 4600 ). Have you ever combined this type of robot with pickmaster? Our project is designed to use 3 six axes robot in one line using conveyor tracking ( maybe one encoder needed ? ).A?

Using six axis robots are not a problem, as long as the singularities are avoided. Also note that a six axis robot can’t track the conveyor as fast as the Flexpicker.
There as a special chapter in PickMaster Users Guide regarding six axis robots.
