# Pickmaster project file corrupt  \[PickMaster 3\]

Hi All,

did anyone come across pickmaster project file corrupt?

Below are list of what happens prior corruption of file :

1. Robots Hang-up
2. Use of STOP and PLAY to recover hang-up, nothing happens.
3. Restart the computer, after restart pickmaster can’t open any file  
created from pickmaster (previous back-ups are also not working).

Please advise what are the root cause that will cause this issue, thank you so much :smile:
