# Pickmaster Runtime error  \[PickMaster 3\]

Hi,

It is now the second time that I get a runtime error on the pickmaster

R6025, pure virtual function call.

This happened when loading new project true RIS, I think it happened when loading a project with different line.

short description of our line :

We have a line with 5 IRB340. This line can handle 3 different products but for one of the product it was necessary to make a new line configuration with different camera settings. It was not possible to use the same camera settings for all projects.

I think that our problem is related to this 2 line configuration. The problem seems to happened when loading from project 1 line A to project 2 line B while project 2 is running. I tried to simulate it without succes.

What I have also seen is that you can open project 2 line B without stopping project 1 line A but in this case project 1 is closing while running. Is there any possibility to avoid this ?

After this error, it is necessary to start pickmaster again and open the project.
