The Interlink program is connecting but never running.
Please verify:
- Check if all the parameters are correctly inserted according to the PickMaster manual.
- Ping the robot from a DOS prompt and see that it is connecting. If the robot is replying, double check that you are not pinging your computer by mistake.
- Sometimes the Interlink Monitor is not updated. Close down the Interlink Monitor and start it again and see if the robot status is updated.
