Hi,
I got a large file with Iges format which i converted to Sat and then I tried to import in to RS 4.0 the cell is closing automatically with out giving any error or any message
can any body give advice on this please

Try to open the ascis file in hoops 3d viewer to see if the acis file is correct. Download for free from www.spatial.com

i tried,that file was not correct ok.
Then i converted iges format in to *.jt by solidedge V18 and i tried opening in other softwares, it was opening with good resolution but the same file is not visible in robotstudio 4.0 the file name is visible in object list but nothing is seen in actual screen
could u pls give some tips about this
