Hello,

Can someone please differentiate between following options??

Option 888-1 Profinet I/O m/s HW – hardware option for a DSQC 678 in the PCI slot

Option 888-2 Profinet I/O m/s SW – software option for Profinet Master or Slave over the LAN or with other Hardware Option Ethernet Board

Option 888-3 Profinet I/O Slave – software option for Profinet Slave over the LAN or Ethernt Board hw option

Option 840-3 Profinet I/O – Profinet Fieldbus Adapter in the USB slot

888-1 is obsolete
888-2 - SW Option for Profinet Master&Slave. Can be used Existing LAN Port in Main Computer
888-3 - SW Option for Profinet Slave(only). Can be used Existing LAN Port in Main Computer
840-3 - HW Option for Profinet Slave(only). Will be using Field Bus Adapter port in Main Computer
