Regarding file access

I would like to access the file system.xml located in the parent directory of $Home. What can I do?

Use http get request: https://127.0.0.1:80/fileservice/system.xml

Sometimes the path is https://127.0.0.1:5466/fileservice. How can I determine whether the port is 80 or something else?

For a virtual controller running on your local computer, you can check the port used by the process to do this (this is a powershell command)

Get-NetTCPConnection -State Listen | Where-Object { $_.OwningProcess -in (Get-Process Vrchost64).Id } | Format-Table LocalAddress, LocalPort, OwningProcess

You can get the response like:

LocalAddress LocalPort OwningProcess
------------ --------- -------------
::                5466         11696
::                  80         13408
0.0.0.0          53777         11696
0.0.0.0          51683         13408

The localPort starting with the two colons (::) in front indicates the port that the virtual control cabinet is listening on.
