# RobotStudio 5.15 is released!

**Dear RobotStudio users,**

RobotStudio 5.15 has been released and is available for download from the [ABB Robotics software pages](http://www.abb.com/roboticssoftware). RobotStudio is shipped with RobotWare which means that there is one common image for both RobotWare and RobotStudio.

**Licensing and activation**  
RobotStudio will remain activated when upgraded from any previous version of 5.14.0x. Users who do not hold a valid subscription but are interested in using the Premium functionality of RobotStudio should contact their local [ABB Robotics sales representative](http://www.abb.com/contacts).

**Installation and upgrade**  
Any previous RobotStudio version such as 5.14.0x will remain installed when running the RobotStudio 5.15 installation. Upgrading to a later revision of RobotStudio 5.15 such as e.g. 5.15.01 (when available) will overwrite the previous revision of RobotStudio 5.15 without warning regardless of if it is a Minimal, Complete, or Custom installation.

RobotStudio requires RobotWare to be installed. Optionally, the Track mediapool may also be installed to add support for the track motions IRBTx004.
