# RobotStudio. Failed to install virtual controller.

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with creating virtual controller in RobotStudio. Error message in attachment. I tried this with three RobotStudio versions (2021.2, 2022.2.1, 2022.3.1) and on two different computers. It doesn’t metter if I try with new system or with buckup - the problem is the same. I’ve made complete installation of RobotStudio few times. I’ve tried this solution: [ABB Robotics Community - Maintenance](https://forums.robotstudio.com/discussion/9823/solution-failed-to-install-virtual-controller-rs6) but with no effects.

Any help would be great. Thank You in advance.

Please uninstall any version of Iron Python from your PC and install version 2.7.4
