RS 6.02 - Position adjustment Error by CNV Tracking

Hallo everybody,

Recently I am trying to set up my Station with CNV Tracking and some paint robots. I do everything as video tutorial says, but I am always getting a ‘50163 Position adjustment’ error. After syncstart robot is starting well, but on the way to first robtarget, it stops and returns this error…

Stations I have set up in previous RS versions e.g. 5.61 wer working fine, but here I am slowly running out of ideas…

Does anyone have an idea what can be the reason, what possibly can i do wrong? Maybe it is something due to CNV settings?

There seems to be real problems with conveyor tracking in 6.02, we have stations that worked perfectly in 6.01 but we cannot get to work in 6.02…
