# RS License Installation Error

Hello Helpdesk,  
On behalf of my customer, I got a question.  
He can’t proceed License Installation because of an error which is attached.  
He said that he only changed IP address after License Installation, and then this problem occurred. Would you please check the message and give me a solution?
