RS5.11 Errors

Hi,

I have had constantly several RS5.11 crashes. I run the RS Support Tool and have now the error dumps.

Where I can send these files?

Hi,

Some updates also to the forum… According to your dump files you sent me, you should try following:

  1. Close RS.
  2. Open Windows Explorer and browse to “C:Program FilesABB Industrial ITRobotics ITRobotStudioBin”
  3. Change the name on the file “CmSupport.dll” to “CmSupport_OLD.dll”
  4. Unzip the attached file and paste the dll into the same folder.
  5. Start RS and try again.

I have been told that this dll is a special solution those with this stability problem (does not appear on all machines). This solution will be included in next release of RS (5.11.01).
