Smart Component templates not installed VSExpress 2012 RS5.15.02

Hi,
I installed VSExpress 2012, uninstalled RS and reinstalled RS so the templates should come in - nothing there.
Can you upload the files? Or am I doing something wrong. They must be in the RS installation DVD somewhere . . .
