We have a line with 3 pickers and in the case of a problem with one picker the customer want to run with 2 robots and the defect one in shutoff mode. (PM3.12 & RW5.09)
We have tried this without succes, there was no problem to start the project but to stop the project it was necessary to do a ctrl+alt+delete to stop because the project would not stop, it seems that PM was waiting for an answer of the shutoff robot.
If a controller is down when you stop the project, it will take some additional time (up to a minute) before the project is stopped (there is a timeout). Please let me know if waiting will not help.
