Is there any possibility to do a variable synch separation according to the project that we want to run ? Sometimes I need a synch separation of 15mm another time 25mm. We have solved this problem by programing some function in the PLC but I want to know if there is any other possibility to do it with PM.

No, there is no way to manipulate this in without making a warmstart.
Hi, you can use rapid code to write the sync seperation value in the qtrack values in the eio.cfg file and then use a rapid command to re-start the controller.
I have used this method before but not with Pickmaster so I do not know what effect this would have on the Pickmaster system, but it is possible with rapid.
