# Tool data is lost suddenly in PickMaster  \[PickMaster 3\]

Hello,

Our partner said an end customer were using PickMaster normally for weeks.  
But on Oct 2nd the tool data(Gripper) was suddenly lost and the picker’s hand crashed to conveyer because the z value of tool data became 0. Anybody knows the reason and solution?
