I am going to reformat my computer. What is the best way to transfer the license of PM5?

If you are currently using PM5.10 or newer, send your current Activation Key to softwarefactory_support@se.abb.com explaining your situation and they will instruct you how to proceed to get a new Activation Key for the new installation.
If you are using an older version than 5.10, then you have to create a new LKRF on the new installation with the old License ID and send it to softwarefactory_support@se.abb.com explaining your situation and they will instruct you how to proceed to get a new licence key file.
