user guid for the Robotware4.0.118

I have download the newest RobotWare 4.0.118. is there any body can tell me where can I find the “User Guid” for it.

there are two erro message with the number 33103,31608 can not be found in the old versjon User Guid in my PC

I have two files of User’s Guide; Rev.B and Rev.E

and There is no information of the errors at all. :nauseated_face:

Hi,

Which controller version are you running when you get the errors?

We were only able to find these errors in version 3.0.x
33103:
X or Y resolver Error
Failure in X or Y resolver signal on
channel %.
Sum of squared X and Y exceeds max
Check resolver and resolver connections
Replace measurement boards

31608:
Checksum Error IO-comp.
Replace robot computer board
