video format is not supported err in pickmaster3.4 [PickMaster 3]

Hi Friends,
I am new to Pickmaster and i have some doubts.
I have one JAI-AM-201-GE-AB-201-GE-2-Megapixel-Progressive-Scan-GigE-Vision-Camera

When i connect this camera to the PC and open the pickmaster and when i add line and setup a camera it’s show me an error that video format is not supported.

do i need cognex usb license?
is it necessary that i have to use only cognex camera?
what is the problem here plz give me some solution.

Find the Attachement which contain camera details and error in pickmaster.

To be able to use PickMaster an any kind of camera, you need a Cognex USB licence dongle. That’s because PickMaster uses Cognex Vision Library to analyse the images.
Within the GigE standard there are some deviations. To guarantee compatibility with PickMaster, it’s strongly recommended to use Basler Scout GigE cameras.

Thank you very much for your ans.

you are right about the camera and all.

Can you guide me about the electrical connection for external sensor with queue tracker DSQC 377B.
I have some difficulties for the connection of camera Trigger/Strobe signal in DSQC 377B.

I have asked this question to ABB they said that i have to connect the Trigger/Strobe signal of camera to pin 9 and make some change in camera parameter also.

I don’t have any idea what to change and which camera pin i have to connect.

If you have any idea just give me way to find the solution.

You can use any suitable input to your camera to trigger it, most common is to use one of the pre-canned doTrigVisX signals on the digital I/O board.
To make the system work you need to connect the strobe signal to pin 9 on the 377 board.
Look at the general drawings in the Users Guide.
