which MSXML match to RS5.09 ?

hello,

when i use my RS5.09.0166 to create a System(create from backup). it occured error can’t load XML file.

and i check my computer already installed MSXML 4.0 SP2(KB927978), MSXML 4.0 SP2(KB936181), MSXML 4.0 SP2 Parser and SDK, MSXML 6.0 Parser(kb933579). does these not match my RobStudio? or not enough?

Hi Peter,

There was a problem with this in RS5.09 which we solved in SP2. The solution is to install SP2 but my recommendation is however to upgrade to latest version (5.10).
