workobject userframes?

Can anyone explain why when rotating the userframe portion of a workobject it seem to rotate in the base frame instead of locally. Is there something that i am doing wrong or is that just the way it is.

If you have selected Reference Local it should rotate locally. If you explain more in detail how you rotate, maybe I can find out what goes wrong for you.

I was trying to rotate the workobject uframe.rot while the transform values were 0, the transform values were in the object frame. I have since put the transform values into the uframe and fixed the problem.

I have the same problem that RussG but i don’t understand how he have corrected it.

In this moment, i make the rotation in the base but i need to compensate X Y Z to make a rotation locally.
