# Wrong mech unit error while using LoadIdentify service routine for IRB 360

Hello to all, I was trying to do tool load identification calling service routine but I’m getting wrong mech. unit error. There is only one mechanical unit present in this robot system, flex picker itself. What could be a reason for such message? Thanks in advance.

I dont think IRB360 robot support load identify rutine.
