Has the 2400L model been removed from the RS library? It’s been a while since I’ve created a station for a 2400L but I’ve just tried and I can’t see the robot in the list.

It is there but you need to manually browse to it. (Import Library → Browse for Library…). The ABB Library gallery only shows the robots that are currently on sale.
