Hi

A robot that works in a pressline(as destaker robot) gives this arror a few times in a month. I wonder if it is a serious problem or only a warning.

Hello,

Robot thinks it is being overworked on an axis. Depending on the robot, if you cannot slow down it’s motion, there are optional fans that can be added to robot axis’ 1-3. These fans help the robot run cooler and help eliminate the error.

For what axis do the robot gives “50263: Duty factor warning”. One of the solutions is Slowing down its motion. I think the other one is modifying trajectories. The system warns you the axis is moving too much. I think you can better the trajectories.
