I work with Keen Footwear in KY. We use DESMA machines for direct attach shoes/boots. I have 7 robots, 2 are S4C+, and 5 are IRC5. 4 of the IRC5 have a DESMA overlay software. I’m just curious how many other people are familiar with this? I’ve worked here 6.5 years now, I know the desma side well, learning some small things in the ABB side (don’t need to get into the robot much).
I did have a S4C+ have issues a while back and someone retrofitted a IRC5 SMB board so my revolution counters were giving a different home position on every reset, but I purchased a new appropriate SMB board and its been perfect since.
Anyways, just curious on how many people are familiar with the DESMA software.
