ABB drive won?t work in reverse

I have an ABB 10 hp drive that will not go in reverse, even though I have 24 v on the terminal 2(REVERSE) and the parameters are set to direction request and min speed 1652 RPM

The drive is an ACS60100256 S00B1200901 code 64098993.
