Hi,
I am having a hard time with ArcWeld Powerpack 2.
Creating process markups is so slow after i created a number of markups.
I have pretty simple cad graphics in the station.
Basicly robot, positioner and a fixture.
After first 10 markups made i notice a slight delay after pressing “Create”
In the create markup window.
After 30 markups there is a few seconds and it feels like this is
increasing after every new markup i make.
After like 100+ markups i have something like 30-40 seconds delay
every time i press “Create” button. Robotstudio locks up and if i press anywhere with mouse
whole Robotstudio window gets grayed out and at the top near application name
it says “Not responding”
After markup is created all works untill i create another markup.
Besicly this is useless if you have a product with 100 welds.
Anyone have any ideas if this can be solved?
Computer runs Windows 11, 16 cores, 64GB ram and RTX 3080Ti graphics.

So i will repond to my own msg here after investigatin a little bit on this issue.
I cerated a new station with one positioner L300.
Did not import a cad model of a fixture/product but i created a simple solid box.
I created a virtual controller with AW option and booted up.
I did process markup on the box edges and found out pretty much same issue here.
altho not as bad as i had with a real product.
After 50 markups i noticed a slight delay in creating markups.
After 100 there was a very noticable delay and over 200 markups
I’d say it was so slow that it is beeng a real issue.
In case of a wrong markup made and you have to revert results
Robotstudio freezes for about a minute or more to revert the changes.
I guess that with more advanced products this issue becomes a real problem.
Opened up a station i made a while ago with a real product with
just around 120 welds. Wich resulted in just above 200 markups due to alot
of pipe welding where i had to split the markups into several parts.
I did tryto make a new markup and took the time of freeze after pressing
create button. 1 minute and 15 seconds before i could continue working.
