I have problem when i set long welds in arcweld powerpack.
It wont move track1/external axis, i have to manualy set it to the place where i want it. Is it suppose to be like that or am i missing some checkbox to fill in ?
I weld from right to left, and sometimes it generates error becaus the target is out of reach.
forgot to mention the size. station is 12m long and the object on picture is 6m. so im forced to use external axis movement since the object size vary from ~3m-10m
I do not know much about the AWPP but with standard RS this is the ‘down side’ of full graphical programing.
You can relatively easily modify just the external axis value so the robot will be able to reach the target.
