Automatic changing the background image?

Hello all,

We are trying to be more productive with the ABB robots, and in order to do so we are improving our way to work and making several little tools that avoid us to repeat some tedious tasks that we must do in all our projects.

We always use the same GIF image as the background image on the flexpendant. With our company logo. I’d love to be able to change that image from a RAPID program.

We have several tools implemented (automatic loading of some modules, we are trying to initialize the event routines and also we are trying top change that image automatically, but the last two things are something I don’t know how to do it.)

Hi.

I think you have to make an FP interface in RAB to do that.

The RAB is free but you need the option FP interface in the robot controller.

it can be done easy in RAB

Thank you Klaus, I’ll continue doing it by had, RAB is not an option now.
