We are trying to restore a system from a backup created with Robotware 5.10 on a robot with Robotware 5.08.
The process aborts with the message that a config file is corrupt.
Do we have to install Robotware 5.10 on the robot to be able to do the restore?

If I did know what the future would look like I wouldn’t be sitting here writing on this forum 
Forward compabilty may work, but in most of the cases it doesn’t.
So you what can you do
Install the matching RW
Just load the program modules and not the config files. I think the problem is the moc.cfg so you may be able to load the eio.cfg but I’m not sure.
