Can't show other language on VFP

Hi!
I can’t show other language than English on VFP. I chose Japanese or Chinese in language of control panel and clicked yes when asked “restart?”. But nothing happened. I tried some other RW version and some other systems but all falied. How can I show that?

The change of language in the VFP is not yet integrated.
