Controller does not detect the USB device

Hello all,

I am trying to connect a USB device to my S4C+ controller. However, nothing shows up in directories when I connect the device. The only directory it shows is the hd directory. In the controller that I have , the floppy disk is converted to an USB port.

I tried converting the USB into a floppy disk emulator and then connected it to the device. Still the same results.

I am trying to make a backup copy of the controller on a USB device.

Please help me out.

There are directions on how to use the device once installed.

I was able to connect the USB. It turned out , the USB had to be first formatted as a floppy drive.
